Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet our criteria.
We stand behind the quality of our seeds and offer a germination guarantee as described on the relevant product pages. This guarantee is subject to the seeds being germinated under appropriate conditions as outlined in our germination guides.
The germination guarantee does not cover seeds that have been stored improperly, germinated under unsuitable conditions, or subjected to misuse.
